Growing up in small villages surrounded by fields, gardens, and the rhythms of nature, I developed an early connection to plants, traditional knowledge, and the quiet wisdom of the natural world.

Over time, this connection evolved into a path that blends storytelling, travel, essential oils, and mindful living. Through my work, I explore how nature, scent, movement, and meaningful journeys can support balance and well-being in everyday life.

My projects—The Scented Labyrinth Project, Essence of the Road, Blooming Balance, and my writing—are created to inspire women to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and rediscover the beauty of living in harmony with nature, curiosity, and inner awareness.

My vision is to create a place where herbs, aromas and mindful experiences intertwin, where I combine an aromatic herb labyrinth garden, educational workshops, herbal wellness experiences and a digital knowledge platform.
